Scan

MRI is safe because we pay a lot of attentions. Here are some general requirements

  • write down the experiment plan before going to scan, inlcuding purpose, steps, data, result, conclusion
  • 20 hours. You need about 20 hours guided scanner experiences to scan by yourself.
  • 40 hours. You need additional 20 hours experiences to do night scan.
  • greeting. Let the technician know, before and after you scan. So they can know the scanner status.
  • record. submit the scan record online here.

human scan

  • Should test the sequence on phantom first before human scan.
  • For volunteer: respect their help
    • recruit: join the wechat group, not recommended to use labmate as volunteers
    • IRB: send the IRB to the volunteer right after he/she agreed to join the study.
    • print the IRB and bring to the scanner
    • you should arrive at the scanner >15 min before it starts
    • explain the study to the volunteer
    • ask whether he/she has questions
    • explain the form and payments
    • exchange clothes
    • use the IRB 安全筛查表的ID on the scanner for registration, not the name. But use his/her weights correctly
    • make him/her comfortable on the table
    • talk to him/her through the speaker before the scan
    • ask his/her agreement if you need scan longer
    • show him/her the images after the scan and thanks
    • offer photos if he/she need
  • The volunteer can quit the study whenever he/she wants.
  • scan and save the signed IRB on hal9000:/Volumes/A3/IRB/record/ and named the file as ID0000x.pdf

通过.pro 导入自己文件夹下的序列

  • 在 C:\Medcom\MriCustomer\seq\建立自己的文件夹，如 C:\Medcom\MriCustomer\seq\testUser\
  • 将自己的序列 my_MiniFLASH.dll 和 libmy_MiniFLASH.so 拷贝到上一步建立的文件夹中，可以是多层文件夹

获取.pro文件

如果是新序列，以下几种方式都行:

  • 在虚拟机中打开 poet，会生成默认序列，可修改序列参数，然后保存为.pro
  • crdefprot 命令
  • mephisto 命令

如果是之前已经用过的序列，可以从dicom文件转换生成.pro

修改pro

用文本编辑器打开.pro文件，修改序列的路径，改为 tSequenceFileName = "%CustomerSeq%\testUser\my_MiniFLASH" 末尾的序列名字要和 dll 对应。保存修改的.pro 文件并复制到 scanner 上。

加载

在scanner上，拖动.pro文件到序列扫描队列窗口(左下角)完成导入。如果导入失败，可能是序列的路径或者名字写错了。 编辑参数，然后将序列保存到DotCockpit中自己的目录下,后续使用就可以直接从 Dot 中查找序列了。

To turn the scanner on

  • key turn to 'on' on the wall
  • push buttom 'system on'
  • do not enter the scan room or move the table

To shutdown the scanner

  • on the computer top menu --- control --- end section on the wall
  • push buttom 'system off'
  • wait the computer to shunt down adn then turn key to 'off'
